bachelorette party.

my gf kaytie st. pierre (one of my besties from hs) is not your typical gal. but then again, neither am i or the rest of my dancer friends from civic growing up in b-town. so it was no surprise to receive an invite to her bachelorette party which was themed, "80's dance party/music video." and thats exactly what we did. we spent the weekend filming ridiculous 80's dancing around bakersfield in ridiculous costumes. the marketplace, dewars...pin oak park.....bhs. and dont worry - those st. pierres were able to even get the harvey auditorium to open its doors to us to film our choreographed routine. we used sets, lights, curtains, fog machines....etc. it was awesome. here is a little preview (our warm-up) of what you bloggers have to look forward to once kaytie cuts down our 75 mins of raw footage to an 8 min 80's dance montage to a slammin 80's mix specially prepared for the party.

I was going to say I hate you for that, but actually I don't. I love you.
Remember when you were in HS and people who graduated before you would come back in to town and you would think they were so cool and old. I don't think any of the youngsters in B-town were thinking that about you. sorry.
