secret obsession. no longer secret.

this show on ABC has provided many hours of entertainment for me. for those of you who have never seen it - you should. wives of two separate (seemingly exact opposite, who would have thought) switch places and play mommy/wife in another family for two weeks. the first week they abide by the home families rules, and then the next week the family must follow the new wife's rules of the house. there is ALWAYS drama. there is ALWAYS a fight. there is ALWAYS crying. and best of all they learn from eachother all in the end. ahhhhhh :-) it is hilarious and i literally laugh outloud during the duration of the episode. please see some sample families who have graced the show:

my gf's from hs are the bomb. we had a blast in pebble beach for kaytie's wedding (steph - we missed you)!! so lucky to have good friends from all eras of my life. :-)

she was amazing. seriously incredible. she can sing even better than i thought she could. she did everything live and danced her butt off. she OWNED the stage. and the all the black girls loved DIVA (of course) and they also loved our outfits.

are you kidding me? after EVERYTHING they have gone through - FOUR SEASONS?? for this?? i sobbed. literally. sobbed. then laughed. hard. and couldnt stop.

another hike.

look what i can do! hike all the way to jump rock in corona del mar!! what did this journey entail you ask? well 1st off i was a tad mislead. warren and lisa did NOT tell me this was to follow - climbing a set of stairs, entering private property through small section of fence, climbing under fence (getting dirty) back to not private property opening to beach front, across jagged rocks, wading knee-deep water, scaling rock walls, jumping waterfalls.....you get the picture. anyway - the end result was this rock to our back left:



which i of course did NOT jump from, but tried to lay out on the jagged rocks and get the last of prime tanning hours sun. i opened my eyes to warren doing this:

sorry - i couldnt turn the video for some reason. but anyway - all in all i am really happy i went. it was all worth it. so glad there are good friends and fun peeps to do things with in hb. i heart cali.
